Services Provided:


Goals

  • To educate and support those who want to make the lifestyle  changes necessary for achieving and maintaining health, weight loss and better fitness.

  • To individually tailor programs to meet the specific needs of the participant in their efforts to lose weight and improve fitness or health.

  • To address the emotional aspects of unhealthy eating as well as the inability to exercise regularly.


Programs

Lifestyle and Weight Management Program:

A 6 week program that provides education and support for adults and teens in the areas of nutrition, exercise and behavioral change in your quest to lose weight, make lifestyle changes and improve health. Individual Sessions or sign up for the ongoing group program. It's more cost effective and you can join in at any time!
 

Exercise Programs:

Training sessions which instruct and motivate the participant in proper exercise techniques relevant to individual fitness goals.

Dietary Analysis:

Computerized analysis of your 7 day dietary intake.Truly an eye opening experience! You need to know your numbers in order to know where to go!

Body Composition Testing:

BMI, Lang Calipers. BOD POD* (additional fee)

A study, in New England Journal of Medicine, led by Harvard School of Public Health and Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana found that dieters who got regular counseling saw better results. Those who attended most meetings shed more pounds than those who did not — 22 pounds compared with the average 9 pound loss.
