  Testimonials

Being a plastic surgeon, I see patients almost every day that are struggling with their appearance. Many are having difficulty shedding those extra pounds that have accumulated over the years or after having babies. Some have tried hard, through what they perceived to be good diet and exercise routines, without success. About a year and a half ago Denise started seeing my patients at my office. Most had difficulty losing weight. A few had difficulty putting weight on. It was such a pleasure to be able to refer them to someone like Denise. She is knowledgeable, considerate, patient and supportive. Her educational background both in nutrition and as a personal trainer adds so much to her credibility. Not only that, my patients related to her because she is also a mother and wife. So she knows the struggles inherent in finding time for yourself when trying to raise a family. She is my go to person when I have patients come in that need to drop some weight pre or post op. For that matter, I often just tell some patients they really don't need cosmetic surgery, they need Denise!

“Denise taught me about monitoring exercise output through heart rate monitors.  I learned I need to be in my heart rate zones in order for exercise to provide maximum health benefits.” Bernice S
